The Youth Life Choices programs are NO COST for your court. To emphasize youth participation in their consequences, they (or their parents) pay the $20 sign-up fee. In some cases, teens and the organization (court, school, etc.) can share each fee, or organizations can pay the fee for teens with economic need.
